How I Work

The Chat
I start with a conversation so I can understand what you're running. This lets me give you an accurate, fixed price quote.
The Assessment
I look at your environment using normal AWS CLI commands and my own eyes in the console. Nothing beats a mouse and clicking sometimes ;) No AI tools are involved, just manual verification of every finding.
The Report
You get a detailed report of everything I discovered, along with that prioritized list of what to fix first.
The Workshop
I'll have a PowerPoint ready for your stakeholders. I can present this on-site or over a call to make sure everyone is on the same page.
Follow-Up
I'll stick around to answer questions or clarify any findings. If you need implementation help later, I can help point you in the right direction.
Read-Only Access
I never need write access. I'll give you a scoped-down IAM policy that covers exactly what I need to see and nothing more. No 'ReadOnlyAccess' blanket roles. You stay in control.

Everything I produce is yours to keep. The price is fixed and there are no hidden fees. I don't store your environment data once I'm done, so your privacy stays intact.

Why I don't do hands-on work
I've made a deliberate choice to skip the implementation phase. It makes the compliance and regulation side of things much easier for you. Since I don't touch your actual data or deploy changes, stakeholders can approve these reviews much faster. I only look at metadata and configurations.

About Me
I'm not a big consultancy and I'm not an agency. You won't be talking to an account manager or a junior who's learning on your dime. I'm just a specialist who likes working directly with the people building in the cloud.
When you hire me, you get me. I've secured environments across plenty of different industries, and I bring that experience directly to your review. No handoffs, no corporate layers.
People sometimes ask if one person can really do what an agency does. Agencies have templates. I have a brain. I use the Well-Architected Framework as a guide, but I'm always looking for the solution that actually makes sense for your specific situation.
I started this because I saw too many companies paying for expensive reports that just sat in a drawer because nobody knew how to act on them.
Privacy isn't just a buzzword for me. Once we're done, I delete everything. Your data, your findings, and your reports belong to you. I don't keep anything on my end. It's the only way to do this right.
